Resources for Families

Free Diapers And Essential Items

We’ve partnered with Share Our Spare to deliver diapers for free, free pull-ups and wipes to food pantries across our Cook County network of partners.

Use our find food map to locate a site giving away free diapers. To find diapers for free at a pantry near you, select “Diaper distribution” under the “More” filter at the top of the map.

Additional food pantries and programs not participating in the Share Our Spare partnership may also have free diapers and wipes available. We recommend you call your local food pantry before you visit to confirm diapers are available.
