Winter Fruit Salad

  • 5 Clementines, peeled and separated
  • 1 Banana, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 Pears, sliced
  • 2 Apples, sliced
  • 1 Pomegranate, deseeded
  • 3 Kiwis, peeled and diced
Preparation
  1. Combine all fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  2. To make optional dressing, combine honey, lime juice and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir until honey is dissolved, microwaving for 10 seconds if necessary.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
