Pico de Gallo

  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh Cilantro, minced
Preparation
  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper and lime juice in a small bowl and stir.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge up to 6 days.
