Kiwi Pineapple Slaw

  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 head Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 3 medium Kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
Preparation
  1. Combine pineapple, cabbage, kiwi, celery and raisins in a large bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise to cabbage mixture, tossing gently.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes:

  • You can substitute the fresh pineapple for canned pineapple.
