Today, the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana released the joint 2025 Greater Chicagoland Hunger Report to raise awareness about elevated food insecurity throughout the region and to sound the alarm about the surge of food needs expected when Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program cuts take effect in the coming months.
