1.5 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried Herbs (like Rosemary, Thym, or Oregano)
5 medium Parsnips, peeled and diced

1 medium Cauliflower, cut in small pieces

Preparation
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add parsnips and cauliflower and boil for 10-12 minutes or until soft. Drain and transfer to a blender.
Add garlic powder, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth. If necessary, add a small amount of water to help blend.
Stir in dried herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
