Board Member
Ricardo has more than 20 years of financial experience in the treasury and regulatory space. He is currently an Executive Vice President at Northern Trust, where he serves as the Treasurer for the corporation. His current responsibilities cover asset liability management, liquidity risk management, resolution liquidity planning, funding and reserve position management, investment portfolio management, balance sheet hedging and net interest revenue forecasting. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Ricardo worked at State Street, E&Y, Federal Reserve Board of Governors and Keybank in various executive roles. Ricardo graduated from Cleveland State University earning a BBA with a concentration in finance. He completed his graduate studies at John Carroll University, obtaining an MBA.
Why Ricardo serves on the board
Growing up in the inner city of Cleveland, I directly observed the positive impact the Food Depository has had on underserved communities. I have joined the Board of Directors because I believe in the Food Depository's mission; and have directly experienced how their work has stabilized families, and positioned them to achieve transformational change in their daily lives.
