Nasrin Thierer is an innovative leader and experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record of building businesses that leverage technology to address unique marketplace challenges. After a 22-year career at Motorola, followed by entrepreneurial successes, Nasrin was able to pivot to a more personal goal of giving back. This led her and her husband, Mark, to establish Thierer Family Foundation, a Chicago-based organization focused on using technology to help nonprofits increase their impact. A key focus for the Foundation is to bridge the digital divide in the charitable food distribution system to democratize access to food and services, for everyone.

I feel honored to have the opportunity to share my passion for how technology can modernize access to food, so no one should ever have to experience difficulty navigating how, when, and where they might be able to receive food for themselves and their families.
