Michael Thompson is the president and chief executive officer of Fair Oaks Foods. Prior to Fair Oaks Foods, Mike worked for McDonalds, where his passion for the restaurant business and his drive to excel further in the industry propelled him to take the next step into entrepreneurship. Mike acquired the majority ownership of Fair Oaks Foods, guided by his insightful leadership ability and sharp business insight. Mike has achieved great success since taking the helm of Fair Oaks Foods in 2003. As an advocate for diversity, Mike continues to stand as a benchmark for minority businesses, maintaining Fair Oaks Foods as a certified Minority Business Enterprise.
