From April 14th - April 24th TenGoku Aburiya is collaborating with Rendang Republic (Chef John Avila) for April's bento box.
Mackerel Dabu-dabu Bento: $20
- Grilled mackerel topped with sambal dabu-dabu (Indonesian chili relish), fried shallots, and cilantro with Acar Acar (Indonesian pickles) on the side
- Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried rice)
- Arugula salad with a yuzu vinaigrette sauce
- Beef gyoza
- Miso soup
