As part of their "Share the Joy" campaign, ABC7 profiles Julie Beland, a graduate of Chicago's Community Kitchens. The Food Depository's culinary job training program was instrumental in getting Beland back on her feet after her release from prison. She has a stable job at Oak Park's Buzz Cafe, where she was recently promoted to a full-time manager. "Some people have a background that prevents them from getting a job in the community.
