Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards

The Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards celebrate the achievements of the premier commercial real estate firms ā€” and help end hunger.

36th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards

For the first time, the Commercial Real Estate Awards will be hosted at Chicago's new premier venue,ā€Æthe Salt Shed! Join us on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 for a fun-filled evening featuring networking, a cocktail reception, abbreviated award ceremony and more.

For those who choose to purchase a Supporter ticket package, we have introduced different voting blocks to reflect the value of votes included in the bundle or sponsorship. During registration, Supporter ticket package purchasers will indicate the person responsible to cast their voting block per category on behalf of their attendees.

To celebrate our sponsors' invaluable support, sponsors receive significant voting influence. Contact us to learn more about available sponsorship opportunities. To receive voting privileges, individuals and ticket package holders must be registered and paid by Monday, April 1, 2024.

Introducing the Commercial Real Estate Awards Lunchbox Challenge

Whatā€™s in your Lunchbox?

Previously known as the Brown Bag Challenge, the fundraising opportunity for the Commercial Real Estate Awards has evolved into the inaugural Lunchbox Challenge.

The Lunchbox Challenge raises funds to provide nutritious food to thousands of our neighbors facing hunger.

Our goal is to reach $100,000. If each participant can give $100 ā€“ or $20 of lunch money per day for a week ā€“ we can make it happen, together.

The top fundraising team will receive the inaugural Lunchbox Trophy at the event, and funds raised will ensure our neighbors experiencing hunger across Cook County have access to healthy meals.

Congratulations to Cushman & Wakefield for being last year's Lunchbox Champion!

The Blue Ribbon Panel includes executive members from the Commercial Real Estate Awards Steering Committee, winners of the previous year's awards and selected local real estate representatives from municipalities, academia and/or businesses. The Blue Ribbon Panel selects awards finalists from all submitted nominations using a thorough review and voting process.

Using their industry knowledge and expertise, the Blue Ribbon Panel reviews the award submissions to determine which entries merit finalist status. The Panel then votes via secret ballot to select finalists for each award category.

The Steering Committee is comprised of real estate professionals who volunteer their time to support the planning of the Commercial Real Estate Awards. For additional information or to get involved, please send us a message.
