In a city renowned for its soaring architecture, premier commercial real estate firms gather annually to celebrate achievements — and to end hunger. The 38th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony brings together Chicago’s top architects, brokers, developers, property managers, contractors, and design professionals to lift up the Food Depository and our mission, celebrate achievements in the industry, and enjoy an evening of food, drinks, and networking. This year’s event raised more than $1.1M.

Lunchbox Challenge

The Lunchbox Challenge raises funds to provide meals to thousands of our neighbors facing hunger. It’s a fun way to get your entire company involved in a great cause and a friendly industry competition. After you register for the Commercial Real Estate Awards, you can engage your entire organization in the Food Depository’s mission to end hunger.

Voting closed on Monday, March 23.

Voting results will be announced at the event and posted on the event website the following day.

The Blue Ribbon Panel (BRP) is a committee comprised of past award winners, select sponsors, members of Chicago-area real estate associations and real estate professionals. The BRP selects awards finalists from all submitted nominations using a thorough review and voting process.

Using their industry knowledge and expertise, the Blue Ribbon Panel reviews the award submissions to determine which entries merit finalist status. The Panel then votes via secret ballot to select finalists for each award category.

The Steering Committee is comprised of real estate professionals who volunteer their time to support planning and ticket sales for the Commercial Real Estate Awards. For information on how to get involved, please email [email protected].
