The 35th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards

In a city renowned for its soaring architecture, premier commercial real estate firms gather annually to celebrate achievements — and to end hunger.

The annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards dinner brings together more than 1,850 of Chicago’s top architects, brokers, developers, property managers, contractors, and design professionals to celebrate outstanding achievements in all facets of the industry and to support the Greater Chicago Food Depository. This partnership truly helps build a better Chicago.

The 35th annual event on March 9, 2023 raised more than $1.3 million to help provide meals and hope for our neighbors.

Introducing the Commercial Real Estate Awards Lunchbox Challenge

What’s in your Lunchbox?

Previously known as the Brown Bag Challenge, the fundraising opportunity for the Commercial Real Estate Awards has evolved into the inaugural Lunchbox Challenge.

The Lunchbox Challenge raises funds to provide nutritious food to thousands of our neighbors facing hunger.

Our goal is to reach $100,000. If each participant can give $100 – or $20 of lunch money per day for a week – we can make it happen, together.

The top fundraising team will receive the inaugural Lunchbox Trophy at the event, and funds raised will ensure our neighbors experiencing hunger across Cook County have access to healthy meals.

Congratulations to Cushman & Wakefield for being this year’s Lunchbox Champion!
