Caramelized Onion Dip

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Onions, diced
Preparation
  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Add onion and cook over medium heat until onions are brown.
  2. Remove onions from heat and cool.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
