On Oct 2020, the Illinois Department of Human Services offered an extension for redeterminations who haven’t already been given an extension. If your benefits have been cut off or if you are concerned about your case, please contact us or your local IDHS FCRC office for more information
In most cases, you’ll need to send an email to IDHS’ P-EBT email at [email protected] explaining your situation along with your name, case number (if you have one) and your children’s name and school. If you are having difficulty or have some questions feel free to call us at 773-843-5416.
IDHS takes into account your household’s last 30 days income. If you are concerned about being denied, give us a call at 773-843-5416 and we can help you find out if you are eligible.
Non-citizens and their children may still be eligible for public benefits depending on their situation. Call us for a screening to find out what benefits and other resources are available for you.
