Chief Operating Officer
Jill Rahman joined the Greater Chicago Food Depository as chief operating officer in June 2020. She brings more than 20 years of experience in food business and packaged goods. Before joining the Food Depository’s leadership team, Jill served as president of the international division at Conagra Brands.
In addition to Conagra, Jill has held leadership positions at Newell Rubbermaid and Kraft Foods. Jill was also a longtime volunteer on the board of directors at Kelly Hall, a Food Depository partner serving the West Humboldt Park neighborhood. As COO, Jill leads the Food Depository’s Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Strategic Initiatives and Human Resources teams.
Outside of work, Jill spends time with her husband of 23 years and her 19-year-old son. They live in downtown Chicago and love everything the city has to offer. In her spare time, she loves photography, live music and travel.
Jill is an alumna of Howard University (B.B.A.) and Indiana University (M.B.A.).
