TRIBUTE AND MEMORIAL GIFTS

Celebrate achievements, milestones and lives with a donation to fight hunger. Every gift is truly special and we’ll provide recognition for you and those you honor.

Starting in December 2014, the Food Depository is providing you with high-quality cards in an embossed sleeve to let your friends or family know that you've made a gift in their name.

A minumum donation of $25 is required to send a card and each additional card will require $5 more. For example, if you would like to send five cards, a minumum donation of $45 would be required. This process can be started online or by phone.

ONLINE: Complete this form. You will be asked to indicate how many tribute or memorial cards you would like sent to your address. The card(s) will be mailed to you within one week. Then you can personalize them with a message for your friends or family.

PHONE: Call 773-247-3663 and say you'd like to make a tribute or memorial donation.

If you are making tribute or memorial gifts on behalf of a business or organization, please contact Kelly Klein, Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, by email or call 773-247-3663.

Your gift provides food for hungry people in our community and works to help us in our mission to end hunger.
