Dole Fresh Vegetables Salads

January 22, 2016 - Dole Fresh Vegetables is temporarily suspending operations at its Springfield, Ohio production facility and is voluntarily recalling all Dole-branded and private label packaged salads processed at that location. The recall is due to salads linked to a Listeriosis outbreak. The Food Depository does not have this product in its inventory, but there is a possibility some could have been distributed through the Food Rescue program. Please check your inventory for Dole salads with a product code beginning with the letter "A" in the upper right-hand corner of the package. For more details on this recall, click here.

General Mills Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal

October 7, 2015 - General Mills is voluntarily recalling several days of production of Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios cereal produced at its Lodi, California facility on certain dates in July of this year because of an undeclared allergen - wheat - with potential adverse health effects. The Food Depository does not have this product in its inventory, but there is a possibility some could have been distributed through the Food Rescue program. Please check your inventory for Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios with "BETTER IF USED BY" code dates between 12JUL2016LD and 25JUL2016LD. Kraft Heinz Company individually-wrapped American slices

September 3, 2015 - The Kraft Heinz Company is expanding the voluntary recall of select code dates and manufacturing codes of individually-wrapped American slices due to the possibility that a thin strip of the individual packaging film may remain adhered to the slice after the wrapper has been removed. The Food Depository does not have this product in its inventory, but there is a possibility some could have been distributed through the Food Rescue program. Kraft Heinz Company turkey bacon products

August 28, 2015 - The Kraft Heinz Company is recalling approximately 2 million pounds of turkey bacon products that may be adulterated because it may spoil before the "Best When Used By" date. The turkey bacon was produced between May 31, 2015 and August 6, 2015. The products subject to recall bear the establishment number "P-9070" inside the USDA mark of inspection, as well as the line number "RS19." The Food Depository does not have this product in its inventory, but there is a possibility some could have been distributed through the Food Rescue program. Aspen Foods frozen, raw, stuffed and breaded chicken products

July 15, 2015 - Aspen Foods is recalling approximately 1,978,680 pounds of frozen, raw, stuffed and breaded chicken product due to the possibility of Salmonella Enteritidis contamination. The products were produced between April 15, 2015 and July 10, 2015 with "best if used by" dates between July 14, 2016 and October 10, 2016. The product subject to recall bears the establishment number "P-1358" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The Food Depository does not have this product in its inventory, but there is a possibility some could have been distributed through the Food Rescue program.
